And 25.00 for a Habitat stamp. Plus I will Bow hunt MN.</p><p></p><p>And your right about N.D. being the most unfriendly State for big game is right. A Nonresident can come to MN and buy a tag over the counter and get a bonus tag also. If you can't shoot a Deer in MN something is wrong. Lots of State land and WPA land. Plus there are lots of Deer.</p><p></p><p>And I won't go into the Youth Deer hunting in N.D. compared to surrounding States.</p></blockquote><p></p>
