As long as they abide by the laws, I guess I have no problem with that, even though it can be a tad "overwhelming" sometimes. Poor sportsmen are poor sportsman. That means both residents and nonresidents. All a guy can do is report double dipping type activities and hope enforcement picks up at some of these lakes.</p></blockquote><p></p>
