He works in the marine industry in Bismarck, ND and enjoys spending free time on the waters of the Missouri river.“We are glad to have Jesse on board with us” says Denny Fox, National Tournament Director of the AWWS. “He has a lot of experience on many different bodies of water in the upper Midwest and that will be beneficial to Aim and the anglers.”“I’m excited to be involved with AIM” said Buechel, and when asked why he accepted the AIM job he replied, “In 2011 our home along the Missouri River was impacted by a flood. I needed to put my fishing career on hold until our home and community were back to normal and our girls were off to college. I believe in the CRR format and think it fits North Dakota perfectly as it allows the best fisherman of the day to win, not the luck of the angler who catches fish in the right order.
