They have hands down the best seasoning mixtures I have found so far. I really like the stadium brats, and the spinach feta brats. We made the north county SS this year and that is really good. The Dakota sausage is good with lots of sage flavor. They also have the best Italian mixture.  </p><p></p><p>Hearing protection was needed while grinding cause the thing whined more then a kid....it was loud! wasnt bad while using it to mix though. </p><p></p><p>Sausage making is one my favorite times of year. It was a tradition started when I was a kid.</p></blockquote><p></p>
