I have a real good snowblower. A poulon pro. Think its about 4-5yrs old maybe. 27 in cut and 8 horse. I really blows well, throws snow 30-40ft easy. Runs like a top. Last winter it started to not want to go in reverse. It seemed it would kick in after a bit. Now this winter it won't. Took it in to local dealer where I got it. He thought it had a small oil leak which was falling down on the drive wheel causing it to slip. Well I got charged a $100 for the work. He tried to put a different seal in and a new wheel. In his shop it worked fine. I took it home quick and put in yard and left back to work. Came home later and nothing has changed. No reverse. He wants to put in new seals that actually come from this model but he has to order them. Im thinking something else now. Any thoughts? I'm mad cuz this is good unit. I should just sell it for whatever someone offers cuz I have a feeling he won't be able to fix.
