I was practicing with them on a really old block target and the arrow passed through and ended up with a bent blade.  I sent the company an email on it and he said he would send new blades. This was just a week or so before season started.The season came along and I still had the other head and got my bird.  A blade got damaged from the slicing through vertebrae in the neck and I still hadn't received the other blades, so I sent another email to the company.I got a response apologizing for the delay as things were backordered and a few days later, they sent me two brand new heads and blades!The blades hold up really well unless you hit a rock (like I did when it went through the target).He also gave me a couple of pointers for target shooting and a couple of things things to double check to keep the blades from being damaged when shooting a turkey.  Since then I haven't had any issues.I did buy the package that had the arrows and heads - my other arrows weren't long enough for my liking with that big of a head on the front.  The arrows that come with them have been fine too and everything has flown great for me out to 30 yards.  I have no desire to shoot at a turkey beyond 20 so that's good for me.</blockquote>
