NDBHA say they speak for the sportsmen of North Dakota and they get a seat at the table with the department on topics, but won’t state membership numbers, aren’t a grass roots organization where members get a vote on policy and lobby while saying other people that lobby shouldn’t be because opinions differ.</blockquote>
