More houses for sale now than when the boom was going AWOL. I have 4 new apartment building directly across the street from me, and the last building was just finishing when everything cut lose, I had doubts it fill, but by george, it has tenants which unbelievable. Rent has come down and now starting to see price war going on amoung the apartment developments.</p></blockquote><p></p>
