Sea level rise is predicted for 50-100 years out well banks are lending on 20-40 year loans. Seems like a rather safe bet to me. I will just put this out there I am a biologist, a firm believer in humans impacts/manipulation on the planet. To me the climate debate is like to talking to someone who is against vaccination, they see what they want and make up their own conclusion that can not be changed, no sense arguing. That aside, listening to this guys passion had me going, yah I can see until I thought more about it. Sure ice cores have been shown that our planet was once hotter then it currently is, really there is no question of that, its more looking at the rate of change or predicted change. I have had a lot of discussion with friends and family about this topic, some support others dont. Always a fun conversation to have. I would like to think that maybe north dakota could benefit from some shifting global climate. There is no prediction that I have seen for how increased sea level, and changing ocean currents will affect the US. This could mean colder dryer conditions for us or milder wetter conditions, I hope for the latter!Just my 2 cents, take it or leave it, not looking for any arguments</blockquote>
