In that light, it kind of looks to me that with the reduction in rifle tags and the corresponding reduction in tax revenue for ammo and other gear sales, the money flow might be a bit slimmer and they are looking for a way to boost it. Increasing participation in OTC archery hunting by both R and NR's is an easy, unassuming way to quietly boost revenues. Maybe not, but I can see why there is push back from some folks.</p></blockquote><p></p>
