I have always wondered if a spendy G-loomis or a St Croix were really that much better than my Limited Guides or Elite Techs. Im getting the impression they may be. I held (not fished with) both the G Loomis and a St Croix. When holding the St Croix I had a wierd tingly feeling run up my leg. I think I will take Ahabs advice and stay away from them. I can't afford something that nice. If it broke I would cry and my son might see me and think his dad is a puss.</p></blockquote><p></p>
