Why can't ND be the wind power producer of America?&nbsp; We have the resources of wind, lets use it.&nbsp; Arizona and California can be the sun power producers.&nbsp; Christ we all want power.&nbsp; We just don't want to produce it in our backyard.&nbsp; We have to get over it.</blockquote>
