I don't think there is a simple yes or no answer to this... mainly because the info about the situation is a bit vague... when you say no papers, I assume you mean "no ID" on you correct? also, is the firearm in your vehicle concealed or out in the open? If it is out in the open then I think you'd be fine, but if you attempt to have it concealed, under the constitutional carry laws of ND you'd better have an ID on you and if you get pulled over for anything the first words out of your mouth when the officer should be something along the lines of "Officer, before you start I need to inform you that I have a concealed weapon in the vehicle." I've been pulled over plenty of times while conceal carrying. Even back before ND was a Constitutional Carry state, I always informed the officer that I was carrying. Did I need to? no... but I'd rather let the officer know up front than have them trip the eff out when/if they find out on their own. You'd be amazed at what some officers will do when you tell them you are CC... 99% of the time they just say "thanks for informing me".... I did however one time have a BIA officer once tell me to remove my pistol from the holster that was mounted under the steering wheel, clear the gun and place it on the dash and leave it there... he then proceeded to go back to the SUV and write me a ticket... I was pretty shocked. If I had ill intentions it would have been very easy to do him harm. When you take into consideration that he pulled me over at 4:30am doing 87 in a 55 on the reservation, one would think he'd have been a little more cautious...
