Anyone know who makes or made this lure? We broke the hook off unfortunately. My son was devastated.

It's an Ant or Spider jig/fly.

Ah heck your thinking to hard,panfish feeding will nail a plain gold hook,just about any 1/64 Oz ice jig will work as well mpo.
