It's not about deer populations it's not about changing the way tags are issued or how much money NR bring to the area or how they hunt or what they shoot. It is just about giving ND residents first shot without NR for two weeks before they can run wild. So far it seems pretty evenly split. </p><p></p><p>Even though you admittedly don't deer hunt much as a nonresident would you not buy a tag here if you couldn't hunt the first two weeks of season? I'm guessing not but if so why?</p></blockquote><p></p>
