He had a kid with a gal.  When the state of MT figured his child support they used his overtime in that calculation.  which should never have happened.  His overtime wasn't guaranteed.  So he got stuck with a $1350 a month payment.  Now that his rig got stacked out he is working in another capacity and requested his support be re-examined. It's now $685 a month.  And he isn't making that much less.  How they come up with these payments is nuts</p></blockquote><p></p>
