Many people up here especially in Bismarck have never seen what that can be like. Hell many streets here in town are still narrowed by a half a lane or more in many spots and and storm like this would likely shut the town down completely for a couple days. Bunch of people born after the mid 90's have never seen a storm where you cant go anywhere including out of the driveway.</p></blockquote><p></p>
