She didn't want to admit what it was for but she finally did. At the same time, have no proof only her voice, that she was purposely being instructed to not give out much information. She seemed that she was also upset that her bill had gone up for this purpose. Wind might be considered green energy because it's going to cost us all greenbacks.</p></blockquote><p></p>
