As far as fishing licenses, yes they do offer short term out of state license options. Pretty much any bait shop, can set you up there. If you are buying bait...buy it in MN as I don't think they allow transporting across state lines...same goes with coming back to ND... do not bring any live bait back.</p><p>  Lastly, clean your boat, trailer, etc of any signs of ANS. They do have many conservation officers checking boats at boat ramps so be sure you are compliant. Probably would make sense to wash/sanitize boat, trailer, etc before heading back to ND.</p></blockquote><p></p>
