Federal or state workers believe their job security is never in question and those with sub par work ethic should be let go. One only needs to use California as an example of incompetence when it comes to sub par accountability, and i am afraid by those who are sticking up for removing waste and terminating bad employees tells me they dont think there is a problem.</p></blockquote><p></p>
