Message: <blockquote data-quote="BrokenBackJack" data-source="post: 170702" data-attributes="member: 642"><p>When i was a young whipper snapper an old timer made some dandelion wine.  Gave some to my folks and i snuck a swig once and it was very good.  Don't know how he made it or how many of those darn things it took.</p><p>I hated those darn things on the farm.  We sprayed for them along with wormwood and thistles.  Neighbors never sprayed and we had seeds blowing in the yard all the time.  Really torqued me but what can you do.</p><p>Was down in the Black Hills last weekend and man are there dandelions in the towns down there.  Solid yellow in spots.  Next will be those darn thistles as they seem to be taking over the Black Hills.</p></blockquote><p></p>
