I think that anyone in the age group of 12-17 yrs old should automatically get a rifle tag. The 12-13 yr olds get doe tags just like it is now and the 14-17 yr olds can get either a buck or doe. So after all them are taken care of everyone else puts in for a lottery for the remaining tags. We don't have enough kids hunting anymore and yes I know some of its due to the culture change but a lot has to do with not having an opportunity either. My wife and I just had our first child in April so it would be a long time till my kids could take advantage of that system but I would love to see more kids out hunting now.</p></blockquote><p></p>
