Last year I seen the picture of the guy who got a gratis tag, his wife got one and his three older daughter got one.&nbsp; So I seen the picture of his five bucks he shot and bragged about.&nbsp; Some on land not on the application.&nbsp; And no one says anything.&nbsp; Yes there are things that need to be fixed and a good share of that is us ourselves.&nbsp; db</blockquote>
