Message: <blockquote data-quote="Obi-Wan" data-source="post: 230622" data-attributes="member: 709"><p>What is the assault on federal officer charge for?  Was there an actually physical assault or was it just the threats?  Did your buddy tell them he was a federal officer or was he acting like a concerned hunter?  </p><p></p><p>Don't get me wrong these guys deserve everything they have coming.   I just hate when they pile on or over charge to get a plea deal on  lesser charges or end up with a not guilty verdict in court because because the charge doesn't fit the crime.</p></blockquote><p></p>
