And then there are the real winners who just dump cats out in the country or have 29 cats in an apartment.</span><span style="font-size: 12px"></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'UICTFontTextStyleBody'"><span style="font-size: 12px"></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'UICTFontTextStyleBody'"><span style="font-size: 12px">I realize it is not cheap to spay/neuter, but tough shit, thats part of owning pets. It is the right and humane thing to do. Unless you are responsible enough to keep or get rid of little ones to good homes, fix your pets! Feral cats are not "harmless" and they don't live happy little lives.
