They are hard to see when full of dirt after moving from area to area, so you slap another on, then when you're done at home and power wash them, there are two tags. They are hard to spot at certain times and conditions, dark and dirty.  Snares are the same way.  Your friend should have called a game warden<strong> IMMEDIATLY</strong>.  The warden probably would have found more snares, and might have set a few toys of his own to try and find the poacher, which is exactly what the person was if the snares were illegal.</p></blockquote><p></p>
