Getting the buggers out of the shell demands a proper notch be made in their shell (pick hammer) but it's easy after that. Lots of youtubes out there to help a guy figure out how to get them out - and lots of videos for cleaning up the foot meat properly and making ceviche. Makes for something fun to do anyway - while you're drinking rum and such.</p></blockquote><p></p>
