I bought a 2014 F150 with the 5.0, then last year bought a new 2021 with the 5.0. Buddy that works as a service manager for Ford has always said if you buy new every 2-4 years you've got nothing to be concerned about with the Ecoboost motors. I stuck with the 5.0 because I keep trucks 5 years or more...and my 2014 was bullet proof! Performance wise, pulling a 6k trailer should not be an issue at all for weekend warriors. If you had to pull on a daily basis maybe go with the bigger motor...IMO.</p></blockquote><p></p>
