Either way it will be expensive, but needs to be done, as Grand Forks somehow made this all happen 20 years ago.</p><p></p><p>I think Minnesota should foot 50% of the bill, or maybe we build our side 4 ft higher and just let them worry about the rest.</p></blockquote><p></p>
