He compared it to buying a car and modifying it with performance additions. You can even insure the modifications with an agreed upon value or for specific non-street uses. For them, it all comes down to premiums and being able to collect enough to cover the risk.</p><p></p><p>I have agreed values on 2 boats and 2 older pickups so I've kind of ran through the gauntlet on some of this.</p></blockquote><p></p>
