When i see small walleyes floating dead I can bet you it's because somebody who caught them were to lazy to retie the hook because the fish swallowed it. I personally have cut and retied a lot over the years instead of ripping that hook out. do i think that fish die from C&R yes some do but a hugh amount of them live. I do C&R more then i keep, been doing this for years will be doing it for the rest of my life.  I don't believe done the right way that excessive C&R does more harm then good.</p></blockquote><p></p>
