Message: <blockquote data-quote="dwos03" data-source="post: 202620" data-attributes="member: 1875"><p>I've had my pickup for about 3 years now and before that I had a Buick for 7 years, neither one has ever seen the inside of a repair shop since I've owned them.  I do everything I can to all of my vehicles.  My vehicles are also older so they are much easier to work on than these new overly computerized vehicles.  My latest project was replacing the front differential on my pickup.  The old one went out on me and the best option was to get a used one from the junkyard.  $30 for a diff, I figured if it went out again I could afford to get another one!  I have not done any transmission rebuilds though.  Haven't had the need yet *knock on wood*.  I think I would need somebody to show me how those are done.</p></blockquote><p></p>
