Will seal the bottom cedar board with clear coat flex seal to prevent water damage hopefully. </p><p></p><p>I hate doing dry wall so willing to spend a bit more for the grooved plywood. Looks pretty good. Ceiling will be white/light colored</p><p> tin. </p><p></p><p>If you have not insulated yet check into foam. Have 2x8 side walls on a story and a half garage that is 36 x 44 that we heat with two milk house heaters till it is finished with floor heat. Have about 5 inches of foam in the walls and about 7 in the ceiling.</p></blockquote><p></p>
