I added 7 extra ft in depth and a third stall for 30ft wide by 26ft deep on double and 24ft deep on single with the with the bump out for the single losing the 2ft discussed above. I wish I would have gone 2-3ft wider on each side of the garage but didn't think of it at the time, but was happy I was getting a 3 stall garage. As stated above you will never have enough garage space. I did put a parking pad on right away, was going to go 10-12 ft wide on that and the concrete contractor said might as well go out to property line so if you get a camper or sell you can back a camper in without being so close to roof, so went the full 14 wide to property line. I also extended it back into the cut out behind the single garage and up to the house for an extra 18x24 ft cement pad area off back garage door, happy I did that also. I put in taller doors, I believe 9ft high instead of standard 8ft on there plans. My first house I have had built and or owned for learned a few things. but probably wont have another built unless I win the lottery. Overall happy with what I got. in the next year or two plan on putting in a shed in the back for off season items. dukgnfsn</p></blockquote><p></p>
