When plants are smaller I usually run 15minutes 3 times a week, as they mature I increase it. I used to use emitters for larger plants, but now I just wind the line around the tomatoes and other bigger things, works great and is very easy, lasts for years and is cheap to replace/fix if a rabbit or whatever decides to chew a hole in it. Depending on your water pressure, you may not be able to run more than 30' lines tho as the end tends to lose pressure if runs get too long. Also helps control weeds as you can just water where plants are, sometimes between my rows during hot weather the dirt is bone dry, but plants are happy as can be.</p></blockquote><p></p>
