There's also a serious lack of trustworthy inspectors and underhanded shit going on from the contractors. Absolutely no reason a road built 50 years ago can stand up longer then something just rebuilt 5 years ago. That tells me there's a lot a fraud happening. Construction contractors frauding the government is one of the longest running rackets around! Bid these jobs, do shitty work and guarantee another project in 5-10 years!</p></blockquote><p></p>
