Like everyone else said, just take it easy for 2 to 3 days and do no heavy lifting.  I had it done on a Tuesday and was reffing a high school football game on Friday night.  Make sure to wear a pair of under armor or nike type compression shorts to the appointment.  Keeping everything lockup up tight afterwards is important!  The only part I didn't like was going back 2 weeks later for the follow up to make sure you were shooting blanks.  Unfortunately, I had to do that trip twice because they spotted one in the first sample.  After the second time the nurse called me and said "you are good to go"!!  Ha ha.</p><p></p><p>Seriously, I would rather go thru this again then get a tooth pulled.</p></blockquote><p></p>
