Message: <blockquote data-quote="H82bogey" data-source="post: 183743" data-attributes="member: 1372"><p>Yuk.  Had my first back surgery 3 years ago at the age of 31.  My first year after surgery was pretty good, but been downhill ever since.  Can't even get my socks on some days.  For me, I did find a therapist that has helped and have made huge improvements in the last two months.  I also have been to the Dirty Mike clinic of Chiropractic care enough times and he has helped a ton.  Some days I haven't been able to stand up straight and after a visit or two with him, he's got me back to normal.  </p><p></p><p>agree with BRK, I just started getting back in the gym and definitely training smarter now.</p></blockquote><p></p>
