Sounds really good, I will put that on my list when in Canada this fall. Have to cut down on beer due to one kidney, so top shelf booze is the next best thing. The problem is I like to mix it with pop so I gained a few pounds. Only live once told Dr.
I LOVE me some dark n stormies. But after several glorious years I had to abandon my love - the sugar is so bad for inflammation I just couldn't take it anymore.

I've switched to gin rickey - it took a while but it's been worth the sacrifice. I no longer yo-yo on my weight and dramatically less inflammation (aka arthritis feeling) in feet/hands.
