If you're looking for something off the wall, and used in the majority of KCBS BBQ comps, look into Blue's Hog. I have tried most of their stuff and it's just Ok in my book, but 8 out of 10 comp teams use it is some way down south. Very unique flavor.</p></blockquote><p></p>
