Converting poor cropland into grass is a win win because these fields are usually the ones that Federal Crop insurance pays more claims to resulting in a savings. </p><p></p><p>I support working lands and Delta Waterfowl's idea. Yesterday was at a Farm Bureau District meeting and this was brought up. Farm Bureau supports working together with Delta Waterfowl on this. </p><p></p><p>Yes, I am about free enterprise and the market place should have corrected this problem about too much grass converted into crop. It has not and I do not have the answer. </p><p></p><p>As for PrairieGhost/Plainsman...........he is usually on the wrong side of issues.
