I put it in the basement, friend has a electric appliance cart that walked it down the steps and with 4 of us helping it was not a big project at all.</p><p></p><p>I did not bolt it to the floor, it hasn't tipped on me at all. I have a dehumidifier in the basement, and one of those rods in the safe, in western ND we are not prone to floods, and our air is rather dry anyway. </p><p></p><p>I like it. Not top of the line, but not the bottom either. Works for me. We have our passports, vehicle titles, bank papers, etc in it also. Plus it keeps the kids out of messing with anything they shouldn't be messing with.</p></blockquote><p></p>
