Doing that has fooled many a walleye.&nbsp; Lastly have another rod set up with a different lure/color/weight presentation handy to change out in a moment to see if maybe that finicky fish wants another lure than what you have down there currently.&nbsp; Dang lock jawed fish sure makes things frustrating when you mark but they don't bite!</blockquote>
