Have any of you ever been tested to actually see or feel what .08 feels like. Not necessarily proud of it but at .08 I don't feel any different than before I had the first beer. Certainly not where I'm off-balance or falling. Not encouraging drinking and driving  but I'm pretty sure not many States Attorneys have prosecuted many DUI's at .08.</p><p></p><p>Not pushing for a weaker DUI level but just pointing out that a bicycler at .08 is unlikely to cause an accident.</p></blockquote><p></p>
