The LAST thing you need, especially life insurance proceeds, is to try and track down some fly by night operation come claim time that has changed hands a number of times and there is no 800 number you can track down in that policy you stored away in the safe deposit box long ago!</p><p>  I would make sure and ask about the claims process before buying any property, casualty, life, etc.</p></blockquote><p></p>
