Wednesday.</span></span></span></span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Open Sans'"><span style="font-family: inherit"><span style="font-size: 15px"><span style="font-family: inherit">S. Rowan Wilson, of Nevada, who is a medical marijuana cardholder, had attempted to buy a gun in 2011 but was denied the sale due to a federal law banning gun sales to illegal drug users.
