I fully admit I don’t have all the pieces of the puzzle, but as of now I’d say these cops (or whoever was directing them) f’d up bad. I’m just saying that so far, I can only conclude that the cops in this particular situation f’d up, possibly because they were put in this situation by a broken system. </p><p></p><p>Hopefully some new info comes to light to make me think otherwise.</p></blockquote><p></p>
