In most down stream floods they back them down to 10,000 to 15,000 cfs but since they are already there there's not allot they can do. They may hold back the upcoming ramp up of oahe from 11,000 to 24,000 cfs for a few days buts that's about probably it. At normal speed it would take around two weeks for the water to flow from gavis point to the confluence so the flood will likely be well over before the water gets there. That said I would love to see them do it but its the corp so needless to say I have zero hope for them to do it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
