I don't know if the ND system is perfect but it's better than some states. Where there are no preference points you can wait a long time for a tag. In a state where  you can purchase points it can turn into a rich man's tag. Our system may not be perfect but it's better than some.</p><p></p><p>I do agree with some who would like to see the results earlier but since I don't know what is involved in setting up the draw and therefore I don't have a solution I'm not going to complain. Complaining without a solution is just whining.</p></blockquote><p></p>
