Democrats have already raised the question about training for people who want to carry. I too would have some mild concerns with people who have zero experience with firearms running around with a handgun on them. </p><p></p><p>I propose we require firearms training as a graduation requirement for all ND high school seniors as part of the gym class or health class curriculum. At the rate high school trap leagues are taking off along with the growing youth marksmanship programs a lot of the training infrastructure is already in place.</p></blockquote><p></p>
